"I bought these shoes as a nicer-looking alternative to regular leather boots for Wellington's average weather days. These fit well and are very comfortable out of the box, are true to size, and so far haven't shown any signs of water coming in on rainy days. They appear slightly big/wide compared to other Chucks I've previously owned, but that's because of the comfortable lining that comes with them, so is worth the trade-off IMO."
