Thursday 18 Dec 12pm: Eco-Friendly (South Island Only Service)

Monday 22 Dec 12pm: Standard Courier Delivery

Tuesday 23 Dec 9am: Same Day Delivery

Click & Collect Deadline: Wednesday 24 Dec 12pm: Queen Street, Commercial Bay, Tauranga, and Wellington.

All orders are placed on NZ Post's Overnight Delivery Service, unless you have selected our Eco-friendly delivery option (South Island Only). Parcels ordered before 2pm are to be received the next working day after being picked up from Auckland. Parcels leave our Auckland CBD warehouse twice a business day (around 9am and 2pm).

For rural deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a little longer.

All items are shipped FREE anywhere in New Zealand.

All items are tracked using NZ Post. Check your Shipping Confirmation Email for a link or click here and enter your tracking details

No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times.

We can now deliver to New Zealand Street Addresses and PO Boxes. Remember no parcel lockers.
