    All items are tracked using CourierPost. Check your Shipping Confirmation Email for a link or click here and enter your tracking details

  • PICK & PACK

    90% of orders are picked and leave our Auckland CBD warehouse twice a day, usually around 9am & 2pm.

  • FREE RURAL DELIVERY

    No additional charges or fees for any rural deliveries throughout New Zealand. Some rural deliveries may take longer than standard NZ delivery times.

  • NZ OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

    All orders are placed on CourierPost's Overnight Delivery Service. Parcels ordered before 2pm are to be received the next working day after being picked up from Auckland. Parcels leave our Auckland CBD warehouse twice a business day (around 9am and 2pm).

    For rural deliveries and in certain parts of NZ - time frames may take a little longer.

    We can now deliver to New Zealand Street Addresses and PO Boxes. Remember no parcel lockers.
