60 Day FREE Returns for Online Orders
Plus FREE courier returns labels supplied for all items.
We can offer an exchange or refund if:
- the item is returned within 60 days
- the item is in it's original condition and packaging
- you have proof of purchase
Pat Menzies reserves the right to decline return or refund applications where it deems that the product has been purchased for commercial reasons including selling on marketplaces.
Refund
Any refunds will be made to the same card/account that made the purchase.
Exchange
You can choose to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or another product of the same value.
All shipping on exchanges are FREE of charge.

Print, fill out and include this Pat Menzies Return form, with your return.
Email the team at info@patmenzies.co.nz for a FREE courier label and remember to quote your order number.
For the majority of returns, it takes around 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund/exchange. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card provider, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.
Consumer Guarantee's Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being mislead, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce
Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Repairs/Faulty Goods
Wherever possible, we will endeavour to repair any manufacturing fault and return it to you FREE of charge. Where a repair is not possible or practical on a product with a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product with the same or similar product if available. If the manufacturing fault that cannot be repaired or replaced, Pat Menzies Shoes will offer a full refund or Credit Note including any postage charges depending on your preference.
If the product has no warranty, or the fault is caused through fair wear and tear, then Pat Menzies Shoes can get the product repaired at the customer's request, however the cost of the repair will be charged to the customer.
