Excellent return process, but product was a let down
"The exchange process was amazing - very easy to return the first pair of shoes and receive a size smaller with free return label provided, etc. However, when the second pair arrived, they had orange stains and dirty marks on the canvas that looked like someone had tried to scrub out/treat. There were also a few scuff marks along the soles. I've decided to keep the shoes and clean them myself as I can't be bothered dealing with returning another pair, but not a great start for my first purchase from Solect."
