Reliable Pair of Sneakers that will keep on giving
"These sneakers have been a staple for me for some years now. I'll say with consistent use they last about a year and a half to two years before having an undeniably worn look. With the body being a canvas the sun and it getting wet from time to time causes them to slowly fade as time progresses. The bases being a solid white often get dirty but can be cleaned with a shoe brush and good product. After a lot of usages, the base tends to peel away at crease points from the canvas as it is held by glue. Finally, the laces tend to stretch a lot over time, more so than most sneakers, though if you don't overtighten this shouldn't be a problem. It should be noted that I never use protective products such as beeswax or waterproofing on my vans which would certainly make them last much longer and keep their pristine look. Overall these shoes are comfortable, durable and stylish. They'll slowly lose some integrity with time but so do all other sneakers and these ones will fight till their dying breath. 4. 5/5, the only place I believe this sneaker falls off over other quality sneakers are the laces elasticity."
