LOYALTY
What will happen to my Loyalty Points?
If you would like to transfer your Solect Loyalty Points to be used at Pat Menzies Shoes, you can - as long as you’re using the same email. Just confirm you give us permission to move your points over and we’ll do this on 1 May (if you haven’t spent them at SOLECT already!).
If you’re already a Pat Menzies Shoes customer and a Pat’s Points member, we can move your Solect loyalty points over for you - as long as you’re using the same email. If you don’t yet have an account at Pat Menzies Shoes, simply create one here using your Solect email.
What is the Pat Menzies Loyalty Program?
Pat’s Points is the our Loyalty Program. We believe in giving back to our loyal customers while supporting great causes. As a Pat’s Points member, for every $100 you spend you receive 10 points towards your next purchase. Plus get $20 for your Birthday, points for reviews and some other free stuff!
What will my Loyalty Points be worth at Pat Menzies Shoes?
Since Pat Points are calculated differently, your SOLECT points will be transferred based on their dollar value. SOLECT points are valued at 20 points per $1, while Pat Points are valued at 1 point per $1.
For example, if you have 1,000 SOLECT points (equivalent to $50), you will receive 50 Pat Points.

Will you still honour existing gift cards or discount codes?
Yes, your existing gift cards and discount codes will work on Pat Menzies Shoes
What happens to orders or returns that are already in progress?
If you have an order, return or exchange already on the go as of 1 May, it’ll still be processed as usual.

Will I be able to return SOLECT purchases at Pat Menzies?
Yes, after 1 May, returns within the 30 day returns period will be accepted at Pat Menzies Shoes. Before 1 May, returns still need to go through SOLECT.

SOLECT’s Customer Service will be able to help with any questions you may have with an order placed before the change, and is still available to help until 1 July.
