We offer Free Shipping within New Zealand for all orders. No minimum required.
Delivery:
Delivering your order to you in a fast and efficient manner is important to us. While most orders are processed and collected by the courier the same day of business, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you as soon as possible. Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery. Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
We ship all our orders with Courier Post. Please supply a physical delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. A signature is required for the delivery, items cannot be left. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
When your order has been despatched from our Distribution Centre you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. Please note: We only ship to addresses within New Zealand. We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.

- This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.
- The boot sits on the iconic AirWair sole, which is oil and fat resistant with good abrasion and slip resistance.

A softer approachThis is Dr. Martens original boot straight from the 1960's but in a slightly softer and more malleable leather. Great for people who want comfort straight off the shelf.
Size: These boots fit true to size, you want a thumbs width of room in front of your toe. They can feel a tad snug at first but they'll soften up and stretch just like any good leather.
Support: Leather is soft and easier to break into than the originals. They aren't particularly supportive but not completely flat either, there's room for an insert if you need more insole support.
Durability: These are a durable boot and the leather is as tough as any model. The sole is made from a thick and withstanding rubber which is oil resistant. The boots will look after you if you look after them, they aren't invincible! Check out our shoe care guide!
