We offer Free Shipping within New Zealand for all orders. No minimum required.
Delivery:
Delivering your order to you in a fast and efficient manner is important to us. While most orders are processed and collected by the courier the same day of business, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you as soon as possible. Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery. Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
We ship all our orders with Courier Post. Please supply a physical delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. A signature is required for the delivery, items cannot be left. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
When your order has been despatched from our Distribution Centre you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. Please note: We only ship to addresses within New Zealand. We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.

The Birk of all Birk'sA Birkenstock fan favourite, it two straps of durable oiled nubuck leather goodness, and a cork footbed that shapes itself on demand. Also can be worn with and without socks for all year round action.
Size: They can run a size large so maybe try the size down from your usual. They will stretch and mold to your foot so don't freak out if they are a bit firm and rigid at first.
Support: Once worn in these are unbelievably supportive, and fit like a glove. The anatomically shaped footbed has grooves in the right spots, your feet will thank you!
Durability: About as durable as a sandal gets, but be sure to look after them with leather care products, and pro tip: avoid salt water which can corrode the cork, save that beach action for the Arizona EVA's!

- A good looking legendI have a long and narrow foot which makes finding shoes that fit in NZ a challenge. Fortunately birkenstock offers a narrow width size 12, so rare. The sandal looks great and fits perfectly. The only rub is the arch rib in the middle which presses into the bottom of my foot but I'm sure as I break them in this will sort itself out.
