We offer Free Shipping within New Zealand for all orders. No minimum required.
Delivery:
Delivering your order to you in a fast and efficient manner is important to us. While most orders are processed and collected by the courier the same day of business, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you as soon as possible. Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery. Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
We ship all our orders with Courier Post. Please supply a physical delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. A signature is required for the delivery, items cannot be left. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
When your order has been despatched from our Distribution Centre you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. Please note: We only ship to addresses within New Zealand. We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.

Modeled on the cork sandal, it is made from ultra light and highly flexible EVA. The high-quality, odor-neutral EVA has been tested for harmful substances and combines numerous positive attributes. It's waterproof, ultra lightweight, washable and therefore extremely easy to care for.

- Fit perfect but not for long walksThese fit my feet perfectly but wouldnt recommend for long walks.
If im going to the supermarket or lunch they are nice and light and comfy. - Comfortable but NOT perfect for the beach!Comfortable but once your feet are wet they slide inside the shoes which could create accidents, I got blisters on the toes from a beach walk and I never get blisters from Birkenstock, and they are too pointy, which makes it easy to trip. Not sure whoever designed them realised that no ones big toes should be THAT long. Also lighter colours are only available in narrow sizes so for the colour I chose there was no regular which I always get. This in no way reflects Pat Menzies, as the customer service is amazing, but hopefully the feedback can be passed on to Birkenstock. Not sure I would wear them again on the beach, definitely not at the pool for fear of losing balance with wet feet. They are good for an around the block dog walk instead of wearing jandals.
